Cassie is always eager to tackle a challenge and do it well. She constantly offers to help with large projects. As the manager of The Mill of Whiteford, she works tirelessly to educate her customers, coordinates bulk fertilizer orders, manages The Mill’s loyalty program, and assists our marketing department. She recently taught six of our retail teams about pet nutrition at our employee training days.

Paul is our primary pallet delivery driver. He is responsible for delivering all of The Mill’s early season heat pellet and ice melt deliveries, as well as fertilizer and grass seed to our spring customers. He is known by name by most of our regular pallet delivery customers, and is requested by quite a few. Customers often compliment his work. He does whatever is needed to get the job done, including starting early and staying late. He also keeps great records to ensure easy tracking of delivery products. We are very lucky to have him!

Serving in our equine sales department, Charlie is often found at the track or in the barn. He works alongside his customers to make sure they are getting the best care, brings high quality products onto their farm and works to help them receive their desired results. His upbeat personality makes everyone’s day a bit brighter. Although Charlie has many great achievements, one of the most rewarding includes Chuck Lawrence’s Glorious Empire winning the Sword Dancer at Saratoga.

Rebecca is an integral part of The Mill’s receiving team, and goes out of her way for all levels of the company. As a team member in The Mill’s purchasing department, she does a great job of researching vendors to get the best pricing on products, which allows The Mill to offer great prices to our customers. Since starting in 2005, Rebecca has held numerous roles throughout the company.  She is always willing to assist employees at the retail counter, in the marketing department, and cheerfully helps with many other organizational activities for The Mill.

Chelsea regularly goes the extra mile for our customers and strives to make sure they are happy. Her co-workers refer to her as one of the sweetest people you will ever have the pleasure of working with.” When co-workers are unable to make a shift, she steps up to the plate and always has a smile on her face. She recently purchased a well-bred filly, “Writtenbythestars,” that she plans to sell. Chelsea also writes for "The Racing Biz" and has her own blog called "Down to the Wire."
