Maryland Department Of Agriculture Program

New in 2023-2024

MDA raised the minimum payment for incorporated seed to $60/acre.
The incentive payment to plant rye and mixed species is now $20/acre.
Triticale qualifies for a $20/acre incentive.
Drones are now an aerial seeding option.
You must plant at least 10 acres to be eligible for MDA grants.
Acres must have been enrolled by the deadline.
